10:45 - 11:45 Five people will lead the discussion
11:45 - 12:30 Lunch (provided by Nancy)
12:30 - 1:00 Pray for each other
Before May 8:
Prayerfully read the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew Chapters 5-7). What stands out to you? Prepare a 5-8 minute discussion of the scripture. If you want, use other supporting scriptures, stories, poems, or music to give meaning to the verse.
Invite a friend who might be interested in participating. Everyone will have a chance to share a verse or two related to the theme, and how that scripture is alive for you.
On May 8:
Meet at Nancy Rinne’s house for Bible study, prayer, and spiritual friendships.
Three themes emerged: you are the light of the world, let go and don't be anxious.
